 Overview

The slide show series I have created - there are 8 features in all - is more than just a learning tool. It is true that when we experience something from a right brain perspective first, as in visuals with stimulating images and diagrams, learning is accelerated measurable. Astrology and the metaphysical world are both simple and complex. What is simple about it is that it is based on natural laws of nature which are actually apparent everywhere. The complexity begins as we enter into the deeper layers of this natural realities that are basically expressed in shapes, geometrical forms and natural process like the waxing and waning Moon or the ebb and flow of the tides. As human beings, we are intrinsically connected to these natural rhythms and cycles and they to us. We are truly one with nature and not merely in it as visitors or spectators. The key to this realization is found in our interpretation and appreciation of the world nature. Metaphysics in general and Astrology in particular are natural methods of psychology. The etymological root of which, ‘psyche’ is derived from soul and not merely personality.

The goal of these visual presentations then is to yes educate, but more importantly to awaken and inspire vision. This vision encompasses ancient phrases like ‘as above, so below’. They illustrate a conscious. Conscious, loving, intelligent, creative and purposeful universe and these attributes are intrinsic – they pervade every facet of existence from the cosmic to the molecular to the natural and psychological together comprising a holistic and spiritual truth. This truth is called the ‘perennial philosophy’.

With this awareness stimulated by images woven together to tell a story our innate knowing is activated. The activation further nurtures our intuition so that it can begin to function more fully and naturally as it was designed to do. Since intuition is a function of the heart, the heart chakra we experience a soul awakening as well because the heart chakra truly is the portal of the soul and this is one of the most precious pearls of wisdom passed down through the ages. Modern science is now proving this to be so. Intuition sources through the heart and accessing the soul is the key to activating our authenticity, our authentic self. Once this center is active, our truth can be expressed naturally and spontaneously. This truth represents alignment with source and is an essential feature to health and happiness. Genuine empathy and compassion are also restored to their natural state of functioning when our intuition is active and flowing.
